Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected — standard is 15-20% for exceptional service.
